Job Title: Field Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, meet potential clients, promote company products/services, and achieve sales targets through field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective and existing clients to generate new business.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

- Revenue and sales target achievement.
- Number of client meetings conducted.
- New customer acquisition.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
