Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled AI/ML Developer to join our team and work on real-world artificial intelligence and machine learning projects. The role involves developing, training, testing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve business problems and build intelligent solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, implement AI algorithms, and integrate AI-powered features into applications. This position requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on machine learning and AI-based projects to build intelligent solutions for real-world applications
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data for model development and training
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, and analysis tasks
- Implement AI/ML algorithms to improve automation and decision-making processes
- Test, evaluate, and improve model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI features into applications and systems
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for ongoing projects
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies to enhance development practices
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field
- Professional experience in AI/ML projects and real-world machine learning applications
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
- Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and model optimization techniques
- Must have hands-on experience in AI automation, including workflow automation using n8n and custom code-based automation solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Candidate should be able to join immediately or within 10 days
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year employment bond
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- 1+ year professional experience in AI/ML projects.
