We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Nail Artist who specializes in luxury nail services and delivers exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to upsell premium services in line with Rawls’ luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality luxury nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail extensions (acrylic/gel), and advanced nail art
Provide personalized consultation to clients and recommend premium treatments and designs
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols as per luxury salon standards
Create unique and trend-based nail art designs aligned with international beauty trends
Actively upsell premium services (e.g., luxury manicures, spa pedicures, nail strengthening treatments) and retail products
Maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing workstation
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
Support the team in achieving daily/monthly sales targets
Stay updated with global nail trends, tools, and techniques
Achievement of individual service revenue targets
Upselling and cross-selling of premium services
Client retention and repeat bookings
Positive client feedback and service ratings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Professional certification in Nail Art / Nail Technician
2–6 years of experience in a reputed salon, preferably in premium/luxury segment
Expertise in nail extensions, gel polish, and advanced nail art techniques
Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Sales-oriented mindset with upselling ability
Well-groomed and presentable personality
