Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Wealth Manager to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with HNI and UHNI clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial advisory skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to deliver customized wealth management solutions while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and client service.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Business Development
- Acquire new HNI and UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and present customized investment solutions.
- Successfully onboard new clients and drive fresh investments.
Assets Under Management (AUM) Growth
- Take ownership of assigned AUM targets.
- Increase AUM through fresh investments and portfolio expansion.
- Recommend diversified investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor and review portfolio performance regularly.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients based on trust and transparency.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and quarterly client meetings.
- Provide continuous advisory support and financial guidance.
- Resolve client queries promptly and ensure superior customer experience.
Financial Planning & Advisory
- Understand clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
- Prepare personalized financial plans.

Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of financial products and investment strategies.
- Participate in internal training and professional development programs.
Compliance & Ethical Practices
- Ensure complete adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Avoid mis-selling and always recommend suitable financial products.
- Follow ethical sales practices and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.
- NISM certifications (preferred).
- CFP/CFA certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is mandatory.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and AUM growth.
