We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Clinic Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing skin and hair clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in customer service or clinic administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily clinic operations and front office activities
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and staff schedules
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience
- Support doctors, therapists, and operational staff for efficient workflow
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
- Coordinate inventory and vendor follow-ups
- Ensure professional standards, hygiene, and discipline are maintained
- Support management in achieving operational and business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in clinic/hospitality/administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and scheduling systems
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, salon, or clinic operations is preferred
- Candidates should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented and service-focused environment
