Job Title: Deputy Logistics Manager/ Manager Logistics
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting To: Operation Head
Experience: 10-12 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management or Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import procedures, including shipping, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Liaise with CHAs, freight forwarders, and other external agencies to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
- Track shipment movements from HQ to India and provide regular updates.
- Ensure compliance with medical equipment import regulations and effectively communicate with customs officials.
- Implement an efficient tracking system for real-time updates on shipment clearance, delivery, and warehouse arrival.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with internal departments for seamless workflow.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide real-time updates on order processing and imports.
- Verify and process related invoices in the system.
- Proficient in SAP and its logistics functions.
- Strong operational knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to prepare reports and dashboards.
- Overall Management of Warehouse Systems including but not limited to the following:
- Proficiency in setting up new warehouses.
- Well Versed with Compliances related to warehouse and imports.
Process Improvement & Efficiency Improvement.

- Demo Management
- Vendor Management
- Report Preparation
- Manpower planning
