Educational Counsellor

- ₹35,000 In-hand + PF + Uncapped Incentives
- ₹45,000 In-hand + PF + Uncapped Incentives (Specific Vertical)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months of overall work experience
- At least 4 months of Sales/B2C Sales experience
About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Admission Counsellors/Business Development Executives to guide students in choosing suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programs while helping them complete the admission process.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about sales, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Follow up with inbound leads and conduct outbound calls.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Coordinate with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Ensure a smooth counselling and enrolment experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate (Final result must be available)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Minimum 6 months of work experience
- Minimum 4 months of Sales/B2C Sales experience
- Hindi communication is mandatory
- Decent English communication skills
- Experience using CRM is preferred

- Work Location: MG Road, Bengaluru
- Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Every last Sunday of the month is working (Compensatory Off provided)
- Joining every Monday
- Two interview rounds
