Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Fulfilment Lead to manage the end-to-end operational workflow for our products vertical. The role will oversee vendor coordination, inventory planning, order fulfilment, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors including manufacturing, packaging, and sourcing partners
- Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment
- Oversee order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Ensure seamless integration of fulfilment activities with CRM workflows
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Maintain proper documentation and operational reports
Eligibility / Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational processes simultaneously
