Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate to join our sales team. The role involves selling premium lifestyle real estate projects including luxury farmhouse estates and resort-style residences in Goa to HNI, NRI, entrepreneurs, investors, and second-home buyers.
The ideal candidate should have experience in high-ticket real estate sales, strong client relationship skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell luxury real estate projects to HNI, NRI, investor, and premium buyer segments.
- Conduct project presentations through calls, meetings, Zoom, and private showcases.
- Generate and qualify leads through networks, referrals, channel partners, and databases.
- Manage complete sales cycle including follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, referral partners, and investor communities.
- Coordinate client visits and deliver a premium buying experience.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, pipeline tracking, and follow-up discipline.
- Support sales campaigns, events, investor meets, and market research activities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in luxury homes, villas, plotted developments, second homes, or premium property sales preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle HNI/NRI clients confidently.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM knowledge.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
