Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Semiconductor Software Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support semiconductor manufacturing, process control, equipment automation, and product development. The ideal candidate will develop scalable, high-quality software, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and contribute throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for semiconductor products and manufacturing systems
- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, process, and product engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Participate in software architecture, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Develop automated test frameworks and ensure software quality through unit and integration testing
- Document software designs, technical specifications, and user guides. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing product support. Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in C++, C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with software development for semiconductor equipment, manufacturing systems, or EDA applications.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Experience with Linux/Windows environments, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, automation, MES, SECS/GEM, or factory integration.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or computer vision applications in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
