Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to oversee financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to support business decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend process improvements and cost optimization.
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and Indian Accounting Standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
