What You’ll Do:
- Set up & operate CNC machines for precision components
- Load/unload materials; ensure correct fixturing
- Read drawings, blueprints, GD&T; use micrometres, verniers, bore/height gauges
- Install tools, set cutting parameters, run G-code programs
- Perform proof cuts & verify first-piece conformity
- Monitor cycles, troubleshoot tool wear, chatter, dimensional drift
- Routine machine maintenance & cleaning; report faults
- In-process inspection, record measurements, maintain logs
- Follow quality procedures; prepare inspection & non-conformance reports
- Maintain production records: job sheets, run-time logs, scrap
- Collaborate to optimize cycle times & suggest improvements
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
