We are looking for a highly responsible, process-driven professional to take complete ownership of our product inventory. You will be solely accountable for strict stock keeping, ensuring 100% accuracy between physical inventory and system records. Your role spans from receiving completed products, performing strict quality control (QC) checks, processing customer orders, and managing final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Strict Stock Keeping: Take full accountability for the product stockroom. Maintain real-time, error-free logs of all inward and outward stock movements in Excel/ERP.
- Inward QC & Verification: Receive incoming products. Verify exact quantities against delivery challans and strictly inspect each unit for defects, finishes, and functional compliance before absorbing them into stock.
- Order Processing & Final Check: Pull items accurately based on incoming customer orders. Perform a final, foolproof visual QC check right before packaging to ensure zero defective products are shipped.
- Dispatch Logistics: Oversee secure, high-quality packaging to prevent transit damage. Coordinate with logistics partners, generate waybills/invoices, and track shipments until successful delivery.
- Audits & Reconciliation: Conduct regular, mandatory physical stock counts (cycle counting) to ensure zero discrepancy with system numbers. Identify and immediately report any stock variances.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
