Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to identify relevant projects, prepare customized proposals, and generate business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, requirement analysis, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling and customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients and schedule meetings/calls.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing with clients.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and project status.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
