Telecaller – Banking Sector
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Banking/Financial Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan/banking accounts and pending payments.
- Explain payment details, due dates, and available options to customers.
- Follow up with customers and obtain payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/collection targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with the team and submit daily performance reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduation
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English. Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- DRA Certification is mandatory for collection-related roles.
