We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Assistant to support the organization's recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, handling recruitment tools, maintaining hiring data, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter should stay updated with the latest hiring trends, market insights, and modern talent acquisition practices to attract quality candidates in a competitive market.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and timelines.
- Handle and update recruitment tools such as ATS, job portals, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Stay updated on current recruitment trends, competitor hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and talent market movements.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends, talent market behavior, and digital recruitment methods.
- Hands-on experience in job portals, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools/ATS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Candidates with HR specialization/background will be preferred.
