Telecalling Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, appointment coordination, and customer relationship activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and the ability to achieve calling and lead-conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into qualified leads.
- Explain company products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Generate leads through telecalling and maintain a proper database.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding leads and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support / Inside Sales.
- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/CRM software is preferred.
- Tamil communication is preferred; basic English communication is required.
- Should be comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
