POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR & Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and recruitment at Dibiaa. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will play a critical part in building HR processes from the ground up, ensuring compliance, hiring the right talent, and acting as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong execution capability, ownership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition (End-to-End):
Own the complete recruitment lifecycle – manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Partner with functional heads and the MD to understand hiring requirements and timelines
Build effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct sourcing
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring quality
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation
Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines aligned with company requirements
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR trackers, and statutory documentation
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee data accuracy
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR queries, concerns, and workplace issues
Support resolution of employee grievances in a fair, timely, and confidential manner
Drive basic employee engagement initiatives, communication, and HR touchpoints
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
