Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Explain the menu, daily specials, and recommend food and drinks.
- Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary requirements professionally.
- Prepare and present guest bills and process payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
- Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and side-station duties.
- Promote upselling to increase food and beverage revenue.
- Maintain professional grooming, teamwork, and positive guest interactions.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality or any field of disciple
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service (freshers can also apply
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
