- Extensive experience in end to end recruitment (IT & Non-IT) cycle like Source, evaluates, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment.
- Designs, develops and maintain whole recruitment process which include JD finalization, measuring criteria, proper approach to fill positions.
- Monitor employees are tested to make sure that they will perform to the best of their ability in their new role.
- Work with senior management and the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
- Assess business unit's HR training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate.
- Partner with the business to lead both annual, mid-year/quarter review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
- Strong exposure on all statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement program to enhance more productivity.
- Update on recent HR trends/ New Initiation/Process Improvements and participate in different HR conclave.
