Key ResponsibilitiesUpwork Growth & Client Acquisition
- Build and optimize Zepfly’s Upwork profile
- Create winning proposal strategies
- Send and manage high-quality bids daily
- Focus on high-ticket international projects
- Convert projects into long-term retainers
Multi-Channel Lead Generation
Generate leads through:
- Upwork
- LinkedIn outreach
- cold outreach
- WhatsApp outreach
- referrals
- inbound leads
B2B Sales & Retainer Closures
- Pitch Zepfly’s service retainers to businesses
- Handle client calls and objections confidently
- Close high-ticket monthly retainers
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline and CRM
SaaS & Tech Product Sales
- Pitch upcoming SaaS and automation products
- Conduct demos and follow-ups
- Build product sales pipeline
- Identify high-potential industries and decision-makers
Team Management
- Manage and train 2-3 BD interns
- Set outreach and lead-generation targets
- Track intern performance and pipeline activity
- Build scalable sales systems
Daily Content Contribution
- Create 2 reels daily related to:
- business development
- sales
- Upwork
- outreach
- business growth
(Content Head will assist with hooks and direction.)

- Has closed clients independently
- Understands high-ticket service sales
- Can confidently handle client calls and negotiations
- Thinks in revenue targets and pipeline systems
- Can build and manage a small BD team
- Is proactive, execution-focused, and growth-driven
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must:
- Have minimum 2-3 years of BD experience/ freshers welcome
- Share Upwork profile/screenshots/results
- Have experience in B2B sales
- Be comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Understand sales pipelines and CRM management
No real Upwork experience = application will not be considered.
Preferred Experience
Experience in:
- digital agencies
- SaaS sales
- marketing services
- automation services
- international client handling
will be strongly preferred.
