Role Overview We're hiring an Office Administrator to run day-to-day
operations and act as the central point of coordination across teams,
clients, and vendors. This role suits someone organized, proactive, and
confident communicating with corporate clients over calls and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments
- Client coordination via calls and email — confident spoken and written English required
- Documentation: maintain records, files, contracts, and internal trackers
- HR support: attendance tracking, onboarding coordination, basic employee record maintenance
- Track renewals and payments; liaise with the accounting team for processing and follow-ups
- Coordinate between Team 1 and Team 2
- Proactively flag operational gaps and follow through on pending tasks without repeated reminders Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English (will be assessed during interview via a live call simulation)
- 1-3 years of admin/coordination experience (BPO, export house, or corporate office background preferred)
- Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace
- Self-starter who can manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise independently
