- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ACI Universal Payment BASE24-Classic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
