We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Expert to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and marketplace growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns and scaling brands across major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and other online channels. Experience in the consumer electronics, gadgets, accessories, or smart devices industry (e.g., brands like Portronics, boAt, Noise, Zebronics, Ambrane, or similar) will be a significant advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to maximize online sales.
E-commerce Marketplace Management
- Manage marketplace growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and other online marketplaces.
- Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns, including Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize product listings, keywords, titles, images, and enhanced brand content to improve visibility and conversions.
- Drive participation in marketplace events such as Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Prime Day, and other seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor sales, inventory performance, Buy Box metrics, customer reviews, and product rankings.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve sales performance and resolve operational issues.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign and marketplace performance using GA4, Looker Studio, marketplace dashboards, and advertising platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Forecast budgets, sales trends, and marketing performance.
- Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to create high-converting marketing assets.
- Coordinate with external agencies, marketplace representatives, and technology partners when required.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, catalog optimization, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of attribution models, marketing funnels, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce marketplace management.
- Experience with D2C brands or consumer electronics brands is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in categories such as mobile accessories, smart gadgets, consumer electronics, audio devices, wearables, or computer accessories is a major advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon Advertising are preferred.
