Job Description:
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing data-driven strategies to drive high-quality traffic through paid media channels. This role demands deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Meta Ads, and other key digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance marketing outcomes for top-tier brands by combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.

- Lead the strategy, execution, and performance management of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Programmatic channels.
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategic direction and provide expert digital advertising consultation to clients.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop ad copy, structure campaigns based on business objectives, and contribute to technical and content optimization.
- Perform creative and audience analysis, including A/B testing to identify high-performing assets and targeting strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch, and other MMPs to measure campaign impact and user behavior.
- Ensure optimal use of client budgets while maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and campaign performance.
- Deliver actionable insights for landing page optimization, ad creatives, and targeting approaches.
- Maintain campaign budgets and provide clear performance tracking and reporting on key metrics.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing QA-checked data and performance insights.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, digital marketing trends, and competitive landscape developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly and effectively across teams and with clients.
- Familiarity with leading digital marketing platforms and tools, including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager)
- Google Analytics
- Adobe Analytics
- Google Marketing Platform (DoubleClick tools) – preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint are a strong plus.
