If you have excellent communication skills, love interacting with people, and thrive in a target-driven fieldwork environment, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career! ### Key Responsibilities * **Direct Field Sales:** Actively visit local markets, commercial hubs, and designated locations to source potential customers. * **Customer Pitching:** Approach individuals, explain the unique features, benefits, and current offers of various SBI Credit Cards, and convince them to opt in. * **Target Achievement:** Generate quality leads and successfully close sales to meet daily and monthly activation targets. * **Application Processing:** Assist interested customers with the digital or physical application process, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and applications are filled out accurately. * **Customer Relationship:** Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive demeanor to build trust and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the customer. ### Requirements & Qualifications * **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate. * **Experience:** Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome! Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, or financial product sales is a major plus. * **Skills:** Excellent convincing skills, confidence, and fluency in the local language (English/Hindi proficiency is an added advantage). * **Willingness to Travel:** Must be highly comfortable with 100% field work and market roaming. ### Compensation & Benefits * **Salary:** ₹17,000 to ₹22000 per month (In-Hand). * **Statutory Benefits:** Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) provided. * **Incentives:** High earning potential through performance-based incentives upon crossing sales targets. ### Work Schedule * **Working Days:** 6 Days Working * **Weekly Off:** 1 Day Off **How to Apply:*
