Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify customer Purchase Orders (POs).
- Punch orders accurately into the system.
- Generate Sales Orders (SO) and share confirmations with customers.
- Track order status from booking to dispatch.
Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Provide product availability, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Resolve order-related issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication.
Sales Support
- Assist sales executives with quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the field sales team regarding customer requirements.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for timely deliveries.
- Monitor pending dispatches and back orders.
- Ensure adherence to committed delivery schedules.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of order processing, dispatch, and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order punching.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
