Security, Identity & Network Engineer (m/f/d) (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your Mission:
As a Security, Identity & Network Engineer, you will help protect our users, systems and services by operating and continuously improving identity, access, security and network connectivity platforms. You will work in a team of three specialists, with a primary focus on either Identity & Access Security, Network & Connectivity, or Security Operations & Resilience. All team members are expected to have broad awareness across these areas and support each other during incidents and outages.
Your daily tasks:
· Manage and improve identity and access services, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.
· Support secure joiner, mover and leaver processes, role-based access and privileged-access controls.
· Operate and troubleshoot network services, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, DNS and DHCP.
· Monitor security platforms, alerts, vulnerabilities and infrastructure events.
· Support Microsoft Defender or equivalent endpoint, email and cloud-security technologies.
· Coordinate security incidents, recovery actions and third-party SOC/MDR providers.
· Maintain security policies, technical documentation, network diagrams and operational runbooks.
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related technical field.
· Graduates from top-tier Indian universities, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani or comparable institutions, are preferred.
· Practical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
· Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, role-based access control and privileged-access management.
· Experience with network technologies, including firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Defender or comparable security, monitoring and vulnerability-management platforms.
· Understanding of security incident response, logging, monitoring and recovery processes.
· Ability to communicate clearly and remain calm during security incidents or service outages.
· Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Helpful Certifications
· Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
· Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
· Cisco CCNA or equivalent network qualification
· Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos or relevant firewall certification
· CISSP, CISM or similar certification for senior security-focused candidates
· ITIL Foundation
