Designation : Sr. Software Engineer (MERN Stack)
Experience Range : 3+ years
What is the work?
- Actively participate as a solution provider by understanding client business requirements and proposing appropriate full-stack architectures and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and backend teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Address complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and production issues proactively.
- Own application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Support effort estimations, technical proposals, solution documents, and change requests.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across frontend and backend development.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Core Technical Skills (MEAN / MERN)
- Strong hands-on developer experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.
- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (MERN).
- Strong experience with Node.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Experience with state management, component-based architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience designing and proposing end-to-end solutions based on client requirements.
- Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
- Proven experience in service-based environments handling multiple client engagements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to Have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
