Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own individual revenue targets across NeXus.AI, NeXus.Labs, and NeXus.Build.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, deal values, and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Consultative Selling & Deal Closure
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges and business goals.
- Recommend the right Nexus solutions, including AI consulting, technology roadmaps, custom software, and resource augmentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, AI consultants, and technical teams to prepare proposals and commercial presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Position solutions based on business value and ROI.
Industry & Market Development
- Drive new business across Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Education sectors.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Operations Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Support business expansion across India, UAE, Germany, and Australia.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Build referral partnerships with consulting firms, agencies, and technology partners.
- Represent Olio Nexus at industry events and networking forums.
- Contribute to proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, AI Solutions, SaaS, Software Development, or Managed IT Services.
- Proven track record of closing complex technology deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Understanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
- Experience selling software development, managed IT services, or resource augmentation solutions.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving CXOs, IT Heads, and business leaders.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI consulting, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to articulate technical value propositions and business outcomes.
- Existing network within Manufacturing, Engineering, Healthcare, Real Estate, or High-Tech industries.
- Experience selling to international markets, particularly the UAE or Europe.
- Strong proposal writing and commercial presentation skills.
- Familiarity with technology roadmap selling and change management advisory.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹6–9 LPA
- Variable Pay: 15–30%
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ₹9–12 LPA
- Exceptional candidates with a proven enterprise sales track record and an established client network may be considered for a higher fixed compensation of up to ₹12–13 LPA, along with enhanced performance incentives.
