Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant – Linux Platform & Virtualization with 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in solution consulting, platform consulting, or solution architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux, KVM virtualization, VMware, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and storage, with hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise virtualization platforms.
The candidate will work closely with architecture, infrastructure, operations, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing virtualized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise Linux and virtualization solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead solution architecture activities and participate in architecture governance and design reviews.
- Build and implement KVM-based virtualization environments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise virtualization platforms.
- Perform advanced Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Develop automation scripts for provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Support platform integration, migration, validation, UAT, and production readiness.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, storage, security, and operations.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture standards, and implementation guides.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security and operational standards.
