Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and execute all on-site civil works as per project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute civil construction activities at the project site as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, consultants, and other departments.
Manage and monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and machinery.
Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to all statutory and quality standards at site.
Verify and maintain records of material receipts, consumption, and stock.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist in quantity estimation, billing verification, and measurement of completed work.
Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with senior engineers.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all work is carried out as per structural and architectural drawings.
Required Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes, structural and finishing works.
Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
Preferred Experience In:
industrial projects.
Reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing supervision.
Coordination with MEP and finishing teams.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
