Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities for Industrial Valves and related flow control products.
* Manage direct sales and business development activities in the Vadodara region and surrounding industrial areas.
* Visit customers regularly to understand their technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable valve solutions.
* Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proactively follow up for order closures.
* Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, production planning, and delivery schedules.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and end users.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
* Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer demonstrations whenever required.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
* Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
* Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance business visibility.
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of Industrial Valves such as Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Control Valves, Safety Valves, etc.
* Understanding of process industries and industrial applications.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to read technical specifications and datasheets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
