Job Description – Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Abids, Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts including entries, vouchers, and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain records of cash, bank transactions, and petty cash.
- Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide required documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support senior accounts personnel with financial reporting and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory requirements.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or corporate accounting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
