Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Acquisition & Conversion
Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, online leads)
Explain IVF treatments, procedures, and packages clearly
Convert leads into consultations and treatment cycles
Follow up with prospective patients regularly
2. Counseling & Relationship Management
Provide basic guidance on fertility treatments (non-clinical)
Build trust with patients and maintain confidentiality
Coordinate with doctors and counselors for appointments
3. Sales & Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly/quarterly patient conversion targets
Promote IVF packages, add-on services, and offers
Maintain accurate sales reports and patient data
4. Marketing Support
Assist in conducting camps, awareness programs, and events
Collaborate with digital marketing teams for lead generation
Visit referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals for partnerships
5. Coordination
Work closely with medical staff, front office, and lab teams
Ensure smooth patient journey from inquiry to treatment
Handle documentation and CRM updates
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and sensitivity (fertility is an emotional field)
Sales and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of fertility treatments (training usually provided)
Good follow-up and persuasion ability
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any field; life sciences preferred)
Experience in healthcare sales / hospital / IVF / pharma is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
