SR Services provides dedicated dispatch and operations support to a renowned US-based logistics, trucking, warehouse, and
transload services provider. We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to manage rail ramp and port operations. The ideal
candidate will handle load dispatching from rail ramps and ports, coordinate flatbed and dry van deliveries to customers, and
manage equipment moves efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch loads out of rail ramps and ports
Coordinate flatbed deliveries and dry van shipments to customers
Manage equipment moves and tracking
Perform regular portal updates (load status, tracking systems)
Communicate professionally over calls with brokers and American rail ramps/ports
Handle written communication via email with clients and partners
Maintain accurate data entry and apply analytical skills to resolve dispatch issues
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in US trucking dispatch, preferably with rail ramp and port operations
Strong data entry and analytical skills
Good spoken English for communication with brokers and US-based rail/port contacts
Strong written English for professional email correspondence
Willingness to learn and grow with new opportunities within the organization

Age 27 years and above
Must reside within a 10 km radius of Pathankot City
