Contract Labour Management
Manage end-to-end contract labour operations for the plant.
Coordinate with manpower contractors for deployment as per production requirements.
Monitor contractor manpower attendance, shift allocation, overtime, and deployment efficiency.
Ensure contractor compliance under CLRA Act and other applicable labour laws.
Verify contractor bills, wage sheets, PF, ESIC challans, bonus records, and statutory documents.
Conduct periodic audits of contractor records and compliance documentation.
Ensure timely renewal of contractor licenses, agreements, and statutory registrations.
Maintain contractor database, gate passes, manpower records, and documentation.
Monitor discipline, absenteeism, attrition, and productivity of contract workforce.
Coordinate with production teams for smooth manpower availability during shifts.
Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management
Ensure compliance with:
CLRA Act
Factory Act
Minimum Wages Act
PF & ESIC Regulations
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Standing Orders & Labour Welfare Requirements
Support internal and external statutory audits.
Liaise with government authorities, labour inspectors, and compliance agencies whenever required.
Maintain statutory registers, notices, returns, and labour compliance records.
Industrial Relations & Shop Floor HR
Maintain healthy industrial relations and harmonious work environment on the shop floor.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counselling activities.
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution involving contract workforce.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and plant discipline procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives for workmen and contract staff.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Coordinate hiring and onboarding of contractual and shop floor manpower.
Support workforce planning based on production schedules and business requirements.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners and contractor employees.
Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
Monitor attendance, leave records, shift rosters, and overtime data.
Coordinate payroll inputs for contract labour and plant employees.
Ensure accurate data management in HRMS and attendance systems.
Support monthly MIS reporting related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, and compliance.
Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW from a recognized institute.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Plant HR with strong exposure to contract labour management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
