In this role you will be responsible for executing and coordinating CAE tasks and projects related to System Simulation. You will need to deliver high-quality meshing and analysis solutions within committed timelines while ensuring ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement in project execution.

Executing and coordinating System Simulation CAE projects with high levels of quality and efficiency.
Understanding project scope and delivering tasks within agreed timelines.
Performing meshing and analysis activities using industry-standard simulation tools.
Taking ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables and project outcomes.
Ensuring quality and timely delivery of all project tasks.
Conducting stage-wise reviews with account managers and incorporating feedback effectively.
Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Training junior engineers and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
Learning and implementing new tools, methodologies, and processes to support evolving business needs.
Adapting to changing project requirements and working in shifts when required.

If you have/are:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Automotive, Automotive Ancillary, or Engineering Services industries.
Strong expertise in HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
Working knowledge of Primer and LS-Post.
Experience in NCAPS and System Model setup.
Knowledge of automotive safety systems and simulation methodologies.
Programming and automation skills (preferred).
Experience in Human Body Model (HBM) simulations (added advantage).
Product knowledge of seat belts and airbags with a clear understanding of their functionality and applications (desirable).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
