Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design SAP PLM solutions focused on Recipe Development and Specification Management.
- Lead global implementations, client workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Drive recipe/formula lifecycle management, product development, and compliance processes.
- Integrate SAP PLM with SAP S/4HANA modules such as MM, PP-PI, QM, and EHS.
- Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and best-practice recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable PLM solutions.
Mandatory Skills
✔ 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
✔ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PLM.
✔ Strong expertise in:
- Recipe Development (Formulation, Scaling, Lifecycle Management)
- Specification Management (SUB, SDS, Compliance)
✔ SAP S/4HANA PLM implementation experience.
✔ SAP EHS expertise.
✔ Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as:
- GHS (Globally Harmonized System)
- REACH
- Product Compliance and Safety Regulations
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical industries.
- Strong Solution Architecture and Integration experience.
- Experience leading global SAP transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
