We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Email Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to promote our products, services, and events, while improving customer engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Design and create engaging emailers, and campaign creatives.
- Manage and maintain the email database and CRM tools.
- Segment email lists for targeted and personalized communication.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and insights.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and email marketing regulations.
Additional Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in executing social media along with ongoing project video promotion and paid marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation activities for exhibitions and events.
- Work on website content updates and landing pages.
- Coordinate digital promotions for events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Email Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event or exhibition industry marketing (added advantage).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and automation platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
