Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IoT, RFID, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage and grow enterprise customer accounts effectively.
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and solution demonstrations.
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
- Travel regularly to client locations for meetings, presentations, business development activities, and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Solution Sales, RFID solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong account management and client relationship skills.
- Proven experience in enterprise/corporate sales.
- Must have an active professional network and strong client connections.
- Candidates with an established LinkedIn network and existing database of industry/client contacts will be preferred.
- Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain business value to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from IoT, RFID, SaaS, Automation, System Integration, or IT services background preferred.
- Existing customer relationships and industry contacts will be an added advantage.
- Strong LinkedIn presence with relevant B2B client connections preferred.
- Ability to drive sales opportunities independently and partnerships.
