From sales, marketing to course creation, LMS management, and automation, we handle everything for EdTech companies. Our clients come to us when they want to launch or scale an e-learning program without building an in-house team to do it.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Outbound Sales Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team.
You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential clients through structured outbound efforts.
This role demands consistency, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Results will be reviewed regularly, and performance will directly impact renewal and commission outcomes.
Prior sales experience is a plus. Training provided.

Core Responsibilities:
A. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Use LinkedIn Premium & Apollo.io to find and validate qualified prospects by industry, role, company size, and location.
- Meet the weekly prospecting quota set by your manager.
B. Outbound Outreach
- Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email using approved templates and messaging guidelines.
- Maintain daily outreach volume, qualify responses, and hand off warm leads with a clear summary note.
C. Documentation & CRM Management
- Log every outreach, response, and follow-up in the CRM or tracking sheet the same day-
- Submit a weekly activity report covering leads found, outreach sent, responses, and pipeline status.
D. Follow-Ups & Pipeline Management
- Execute follow-up sequences at agreed intervals.
E. Reporting & Communication
- Attend all check-ins prepared with pipeline updates.
- Flag blockers or issues proactively
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹8,000/month (with growth potential)
- Commission: 5% on every deal closed
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri (5 hrs/day)
