Responsibilities:
- Own and grow assigned customer accounts by developing and executing effective account strategies to achieve revenue and quota targets.

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing business through consultative, value‑based selling of Keysight optical design software solutions.

Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements, articulate solution value, address customer pain points, and identify new business opportunities, including non‑standard or complex use cases.

Manage and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth and accurate short‑term forecasting, while maximizing long‑term account potential.

Represent Keysight in customer meetings, technical discussions, and industry events, while acting as the voice of the customer internally.

Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, coordinating closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales Management, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Application Engineering.

Support complex sales engagements and sales‑related initiatives by applying sound judgment, sales expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

Build and sustain strong, long‑term customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in optical design software, EDA, or related engineering software markets.

Proven experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience working with aerospace, defense, automotive, consumer electronics, or industrial customers.

Familiarity with optical system design concepts and simulation workflows.

Strong self-motivation, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment.

Passion for innovation and interest in emerging technologies such as AI systems.
