Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, helpful shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and suggesting relevant products.
- Maintain good knowledge of the store’s products, brands, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Support day-to-day store operations as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in baby, kids, maternity, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable personality.
- Good selling and product-presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.

Location: HRBR Layout - Banaswadi
Experience: 1–3 years
Fresher Salary: 15,000-17,000
Experienced Salary: upto 25,000
Working Days: 6 days working (Saturday & Sunday mandatory working days)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
