At DA AFK Ventures, the E-commerce Manager is a business owner role, not an operational one. You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving margins, and scaling brand presence across key marketplaces including Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, and the ability to translate data into aggressive growth strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Ownership & Growth
- Own P&L for all marketplace channels
- Drive topline growth while maintaining profitability
- Identify and scale high-performing SKUs and categories
- Optimize pricing, discounting, and bundling strategies
Marketplace Strategy & Expansion
- Build growth strategies tailored to each platform
- Identify new category opportunities and assortment gaps
- Drive platform-specific visibility (ads, deals, placements)
Performance Marketing (Marketplace Ads)
- Manage and optimize ad spends across platforms
- Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
- Continuously test creatives, keywords, and campaigns
Data & Analytics
- Analyze daily performance metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership
- Use data to drive pricing, inventory, and campaign decisions
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work with supply chain for demand planning
- Align with marketing for creatives and campaigns
- Coordinate with finance on margins and profitability
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
