Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with experience in high-rise residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, ensuring quality work, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety norms
- Handle site measurements, material planning, and reporting
- Track project progress and report to senior management
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Good coordination and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
