Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with a pleasant smile and professional greeting.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Ensure every customer is attended to without delay.
- Create a positive first impression of the showroom.
Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiries regarding products, services, offers, and schemes.
- Assist customers with basic product information before connecting them with the sales team.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate them to the Showroom Manager when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Telephone & Communication
- Answer all incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Transfer calls to the concerned department or employee.
- Record and deliver messages accurately.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Customer Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or customer database.
- Collect customer contact information for marketing and follow-up activities.
- Ensure customer information remains confidential.
- Update customer records regularly.
Appointment Management
- Schedule bridal consultations, VIP visits, and customer appointments.
- Confirm appointments through phone calls or messages.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with the Sales Team.
Reception Area Management
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Ensure brochures, catalogues, promotional materials, and visiting cards are available.
- Arrange refreshments for VIP customers when required.
Sales Support
- Coordinate customer flow with the Sales Team.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, offers, and loyalty schemes.
- Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and festive events.
- Assist in managing customer waiting time efficiently.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain the Visitor Register and Walk-in Customer Register.
- Manage courier, parcel, and document records.
- Prepare and submit daily reception reports.
- Maintain office stationery and reception supplies.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, Security, and Housekeeping departments.
- Support internal meetings and showroom events.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Professional Standards
- Follow the company's dress code and grooming standards.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professionalism.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Protect customer privacy and company confidentiality.
- Represent the showroom's brand image with courtesy and integrity.
