We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Life Sciences Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to build a career in US staffing.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Women candidates and B.Tech graduates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for Life Sciences positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to fulfill open positions.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
