Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, have experience building scalable mobile solutions, and be capable of providing technical leadership while mentoring junior developers.
The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components following industry best practices.
- Architect and implement application features using Clean Architecture and modern design principles.
- Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests to ensure application quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Manage application deployment and releases for Android and iOS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with state management frameworks such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, and FCM.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
- Experience developing Flutter Web and Desktop applications.
- Knowledge of performance profiling and application optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
