About the Role
Spectrum Insurance Broking Private Limited is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with strong expertise in *Adobe Illustrator*. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually appealing marketing materials, social media creatives, branding assets, presentations, and print designs while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Design high-quality social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing creatives.
* Create vector illustrations, icons, infographics, and custom graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
* Develop branding materials including logos, business stationery, and promotional collateral.
* Design presentations, pitch decks, and corporate documents.
* Collaborate with marketing and business teams to understand design requirements.
* Ensure all creatives align with the company's brand guidelines.
* Manage multiple projects while delivering within deadlines.
Required Skills
* Expert knowledge of *Adobe Illustrator*.
* Good working knowledge of *Adobe Photoshop* and *Adobe InDesign*.
* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
* Experience in creating print-ready and digital creatives.
* Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into impactful visuals.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply).
* Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
